The O-Tones will be playing for the beautiful Field of Dreams music show series in Westhampton. If the weather is nice, we’ll be on the back yard of the Westhampton Library with a gorgeous view of the nearby mountains. Bring a picnic, a friend, family, whoever, and enjoy music in this beautiful setting. And room to dance! If it rains, we will play in the historic town hall up the hill, a great listening and dance hall! Swing, Soul, Blues, R&B, Motown, we’ll mix it up!

Join The O-Tones ballroom quartet at an outdoor gazebo show

for dancing, picnicking, and listening. Hear many styles of ballroom dancing including Balboa, Swing, Bossa Nova, Chacha, Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot and more! Joining Mary Witt is Anand Nayak (singer/guitar soloist), Stephen Page (piano) and Pieter Struyk. You’ll hear harmony vocals along with soulful guitar and piano solos over grooving bass and drums. Songs will span the 1920s through the 1960s. Outdoor summer concert in a gazebo, who could ask for anything more? The Winsted Summer Concert Series is presented by Friends of Main Street and sponsored by Northwest Community Bank.  Concerts are held every Thursday evening beginning July 9 at 7 p..m. in the East End Park in Winsted.  In case of rain, concerts move into the Founder’s Hall at Northwestern Connecticut Community College, across from the park on Park Place East. http://www.artsnwct.org/event_detail.php?ID=23522

This will be a fun mix of Swing, Blues, R&B, Soul, Latin, and Motown with Mary Witt, Liza Constable, and Rob Fletcher on vocal harmonies with guitars and bass, Walt Chapman on piano, Kerry Blount on sax, and Jason Arnold on drums. Dancing, great food, fun family and friends!

With bass, guitars, and percussive pizza box, they will take you on a trip from Swing to Motown to Blues to Oldies, blending their voices in beautiful mellifluous sounds. Ella Fitzgerald, Marvin Gaye, Louis Armstrong, Peggy Lee, Louis Prima, Aretha Franklin and more while you sip your coffee and eat your pastries while on break from viewing the handcrafted arts by all the talented vendors.
